DALKO experience acquired in a variety of countries to the benefit of your operation. This service has a time limit and does not involve permanent funds. DALKO managers have lived in the target markets and both speak their language and understand the cultural needs of these markets.

Scope and expenditure have been agreed with you and the objective of the interim management period has been defined clearly. Your interim manager will - as per the agreed plan - organise your distribution channels, recommend modification of your product for target markets and establish an in-house back-up structure for the start of your export expansion.

Additional services can include identification of partners for acquisition plans abroad, setting up overseas selling offices, selection and training of a suitable permanent manager and other related activities.
